Goals and rewards are something extremely important and generally vital in helping us meet with success. Sometimes we get so ahead of ourselves and we only see one goal, and that's our BIG overall goal with the subsequent even bigger reward. However, I find that when I set and meet little goals for myself it really helps to push me on to success when I meet those goals, and getting a little reward every now and then.. well no woman can argue with that.
SMALL GOALS
To lose 50 pounds (246) - Goal Met July 2013
To lose 75 pounds (221) - Goal Met September 2013
To fit into a size 16 - Goal Met September 2013
To have less than 100 pounds to lose (240) - Goal met July 2013
BIGGER GOALS
To lose one third of my overall excess weight (244) - Goal met July 2013
To lose half of all my overall excess weight (220) - Goal met September 2013
To lose two thirds of my overall excess weight (194) - Goal Met October 2013
To fit into a size 14 (the first official "non plus" size) - Goal met October 2013
To get to the 100s (199) - Goal met November 2013
To lose 100 pounds (196)-Goal met November 2013
- To lose 150 pounds (150)
To have less than 50 pounds left to lose (190) -Goal Met November 2013
OVERALL GOALS
- To weigh in at 140 pounds
To wear a size 8 (I would like to be "single digit size" for the first time in my life) Goal met January 2014
